If I get my neighbour to sign a waiver can I hunt him?
He has nothing to live for and is right into it. To be sporting I will arm myself with only a burning cigarette and a sharp stick. He will also be allowed the use of his wheelchair.
just make sure it is a bilateral contract, and NOT a unilateral contract. make sure the terms are expressely stated in the contract. in order to have a waiver, there must be an intentional and voluntary abandonment or relinquishment of a known right, claim or privilige….HIS LIFE!!! make sure he knows this so he can’t raise a CLAIM OF MISTAKE!!!! go for it, just CYA!!!! good luck!!!
