Tripod Hunting Stands

Any ideas for a bow stand?

I need to set up some sort of bow blind to hunt out of… my girlfriend wants me to wait for her to go next weekend… so I have opening weekend to get set up… I need to set something up, because i don’t have a pop-up blind or tripod… I have woods in an L-shape, with the feeder in the corner, and decent sized grass in the field in between, maybe a couple of feet high… thanks

if you want to hunt on the ground i would suggest what we do, 20 yards down wind of your feeder just into the edge of the woods at the base of a good size tree , gather some dead wood and make a half moon arc around the tree base about 3 or 4 feet out make the arc about 30 inches high, either sit or kneel behind this, make sure you are not silloeuted from behind, full camo and sent lock spray should do it for you, have a good hunt and be safe.
