Why would Uncle Ted do this?
Ted Nugent hunting in Ca. for Black tail deer uses Cmere Deer bait, and shoots a spike, and then shows it on the Outdoor Channel. And gets busted by a Ca. Fish and Game Warden who watched him and others involved on TV. Are we in hunting going to allow those with fame and fortune do this and support them or their shows?
This does show that there is a difference between states regarding the law. Maybe California should change their laws to agree with the other states. He has apologized!
