New pellet gun help Crosman Storm Xt or Phantom 1000?
I’m going to get a new pellet gun pretty soon and i was wondering what was a better gun. The crosman Storm XT or the Crosman Phantom 1000 I am going to be hunting small game with it so keep that in mind i also dont want to spend over $120-150 because of the fact that i need to save up for my shotgun and turkey hunting supplies.
I’ve had the XT, but it broke after 8 months of heavy use (around 2000 pellets in 8 months). The mainspring snapped in half. This gun won’t hold a scope, and the sights it has are crap, and are made of plastic. The gun is bulky and the stock is huge and unwieldy. I highly recommend you save up an extra $100 and get an RWS 34. It will last FOREVER. VERY accurate (I can make 3/4 inch groups at 60 ft open sights.)
