Skinning Hunting Knife
A Hunting Scenario! ?
ok, this is kind of a just to find out question but say you are on your way to go hunt in a place you’ve never been. its out in the desert for let’s say Antelope. you have with you a .308 of whatever type of rifle you use, 2 boxes ammunition, a buck skinning knife, a cigarette lighter, a map, very little food only a pound of beef jerky and a couple steaks (in a cooler with ice and nothing else) to celebrate your kill of course, and a small tent. You break down nowhere near town or civilization. You will be out for 7 Days. How will you last?
over 7 days though would your bodies drive for hydration not kick in and say drink it all?
Well, you got to go back to town to get a tow truck or parts for your rig…Spend one day,jerking those steaks.Find some container for to carry the water for the melted ice, there’s got to be a coke bottle in my rig!. If it’s hot, thenyou’lll have to travel at night,conserve energy and water.And, you are probably not the only guy who knows about antalope,so stick to the road and maybe catch a ride out of there.I also suggest prayer as I have been in worse spots and the good lord always bails me out! If not, depends on what desert as to where I’m looking for water. Ive eaten prickley pair cactus in arizona for water.
