Is it true you should wear sunscreen indoors? Confused….please help?
I got told on a natural beauty forum that you should be wearing sunscreen indoors, as well as outdoors! I mentioned that I only put on sunscreen when going out in the daytime (like til 4pm) And everyone on there went crazy!!! Saying that I should be wearing sunscreen at all times even indoors because the sun rays can penetrate through glass!
This seems ludicrous! Im really trying to get protected from gettin wrinkles but do you really have to put on sunscreen indoors? Its a hassle puttin it on outdoors, never mind indoors. Help!!!!!!!!!!!
You should apply your sunscreen indoors 20-30 minutes prior to going outdoors. When you drive/ride passenger in a car, the sun rays can penetrate, so i believe if you let a lot of sunlight into the house, you should wear some sort of spf
