STAIR CLIMBING For Cardio Workouts?
ok here’s the situation, i have an elliptical i do for cardio but to be honest, i am sick of it, the weather sucks so i can’t do outdoor cardio, i can’t lift weights every damn day, so i thought about just walking up and down my basement steps for a while, BUT i am worried about my knees, any advice?
note: i would like to do jump rope but my ceiling is too low.
thats good, but dont overdo it, or step on ur knees repeatedly wrong. i think thats what i did……i was being careless
