How long does it take to ship a package from Ghana to the usa?

My girlfriend lives in Ghana, she has sent me a decent sized package (contains a book, some traditional clothing, a traditional hunting knife, and maybe a couple other small things) through Fed-ex. How long should it take to arrive? It has already been three weeks, I am worried it might not get here, does anyone know the successes rate of this king of international parcel delivery?

FedEx arrives in 2-3 days, you can track the package online to find the status if it was really sent. Just enter the tracking number on fedex.com to find where it is

Is this a real gf or someone you met online? If it is someone you only know online this could be a scam where you’ll next get an email saying the package is stuck in customs and you need to send money via Western Union to the customs office to release it – but there is no package.

If it’s a real gf who you know, ask her for the tracking number then look it up
