who do i contact about getting a handicapped hunting license for cross bow?

i am in kansas and the doctor said to get the app then he will take care of the rest but i was told to contact the court house but in this town there dumb so thought id ask ppl who knew
Yes it depends on your State…..and if you have a letter from Doctor or something. I would call the local DNR office. Its your quickest route.
