Deer Hunting Equipment List

what equipment do i need to hunt deer?
im getting into hunting and im making a list of stuff i need. so far i have a shotgun, clothing such as a vest, shirt, boots, hat, gloves, rangefinder, binoculars and thats about it.
and also is it better to buy a blind or make your own with brush? and what tools work good for cutting brush and making blinds?
You will need a good skinning knife if you get a deer and intend to eat vwenison. A machete and a hatchet would be good for cuting brush to make a blind. Many deer hunters use calls and scents. I don’t what type of shotgun you have, but it would best if it is at least a 20 gauge and preferably one designed to shoot slugs with sights on the barrel. To try to use a conventional shotgun is folly, unless you have made modifications to it such as having an improved cylinder choke tube and some type of rifle sights or scope mounted on the receiver. You might also want to invest in some rope in order todrag the deer out of the woods.
