Cold Steel proof is a great DVD to watch… you can get it free from their website. it shows the torture tests that they put their products through…. yes, the spear can handle real hunting and wont break when thrown… unless MAYBE you threw it at a boulder of rock face….
it is possible to fish with it, but you’d have to have some sort of barb on it, and it might ruin the fish…. but it is possible if you are skilled. use it for hogs, or small game and it works way better!
