I have a SIGARMS P-229 chambered for the .357 SIG, as well as the same gun in .40 S&W. Great gun, and best of all,with my stubby fingers, you can buy a “short trigger” from SIG and install it yourself in about 5 minutes. So far as hunting, no, here in PA you can’t use a semi-auto that shoots a single projectile to hunt. I have seen the results of tests against slanted windshields and old car doors. Pretty darned impressive.
