In contrast, primer-free PBT materials, lighting in the car circle the application of unique performance advantages, mainly:
1. PBT-free primer provides good environmental performance. The material has high surface gloss, the direct steam can reach the requirements of the surface of aluminum layer, eliminating the need primer treatment, a primer to avoid environmental pollution caused by solvent evaporation. In addition, there are thermosetting primer coating vehicle lighting circle primer with the matrix resin as the compatibility between the problem but also lead to increased recovery difficult. Contrast, primer-free PBT material is completely avoids the problem that compatibility with 100% recyclability.
2. PBT-free primer design freedom to improve the lights. At present, the light striae-free primer design effect has become a symbol of PBT lamp features (Figure 3). Not only that, good mobility also makes free primer PBT material thinner products to meet the design requirements, shorter production cycles and broader processing window.

3. Free Primer PBT can effectively reduce manufacturing costs of light products. As we all know, the product spray primer will trigger many problems, such as: increased production costs, unit production workpiece extended, low productivity, production processes and process complex product rate increases so bad. PBT material used to avoid primer is able to effectively avoid the above problems. Chart 4 on the heat-resistant PC, PBT / PET + MD and free primer PBT3 kind of material cost of the car lighting cycle were compared, it can be seen that PBT-free primer can effectively reduce production costs : PC, compared with the heat, its cost reduced by 60%; and PBT / PET + MD compared to the cost reduction of 10%.
